Falcon Northwest Tiki, a powerful tower for virtual reality

Falcon Northwest Tiki is the newest device that has been released on the virtual reality market. As we know, desktop PCs are starting again to gain interest, once the VR experience is growing on the market.

Desktop PCs are the only devices that could have the power to meet the minimum specs required for the first generation of consumer VR headsets.

Why?

Because, both HTC Vive and Oculus Rift ask for recent Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7 processors, accompanied by Nvidia 970 or 980 graphics card, plus a huge amount of RAM, USB inputs and video outputs. So, this means that customers who are willing to try the VR experience will have to spend 1,300 dollars or more on the perfect desktop PC.

Another thing about gaming desktop PCs is the fact that they are huge, heavy and don’t have an attractive design. Of course, some manufacturers have managed to squeeze the powerful hardware into much smaller chassis, being more attractive.

One of these desktop PCs is Alienware, company owned by Dell and Origin PC Chronos. These two manufacturers probably have the most attractive and powerful desktop PCs on the market.
Until now. Falcon Northwest Tiki is the new player on the market, which is considered to be the most powerful VR-ready PC released until now.

Falcon Northwest Tiki is a mini-tower desktop that homes the most powerful components on the market and more storage than any other VR-ready desktop. Of course, a PC like this is also very expensive.

The new Falcon Northwest Tiki comes at the price of 4,900 dollars, which is available only in the US at the moment.

This VR-ready lineup homes an extreme edition Intel Core i7 CPU, a very fast 512GB PCI Express SSD plus a 6TB of standard hard-drive storage.

As for the graphic card, the new Falcon Northwest Tiki comes with Nvidia GeFore GTX 980ti. So, yes, this new PC is extremely powerful, featuring the best components on the market.

If the 4,900 dollars price is way too expensive, customers could also opt for a lower configuration. That configuration will cost somewhere around 2,000 dollars, but at that price customers could also opt for an entry level like Alienware or Asus, for 999 dollars.

However, if customers are serious about VR, they could probably make an effort and invest some serious money into this type of device. So, after investing in an 800 dollars headset, customers should also opt for a serious gaming desktop PC.

The new Falcon Northwest Tiki comes with an attractive blue paint job, an aluminum base and a major point of design compared with other VR-ready PCs.

So, as it was mentioned earlier, Falcon Northwest Tiki is considered to be the most powerful VR-ready PC on the market, being able to run smoothly any VR-headset.

If customers are not willing to spend a high amount of money on it, there are many other options on the market for approximately 2,000 dollars.
