Klipsch - The Three Stream Bookshelf Stereo Features Review

This new speaker comes with a powerful audio performance and a very responsive bass. Moreover, this device includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi streaming.

Wireless speakers are the most popular devices on the market at this moment. In mission to create some of the most attractive wireless speakers, we must say that some manufacturers are trying to do too much.

But, other companies decided to keep it simple and focus more on the sound than on the design or features. Well, at first sight, we must say that the new Three can be placed into the first category.

Customers will be able to buy this speaker at the price of 399 dollars, which means that it isn’t cheap at all.

But, we must say that at this price, customers will receive streaming audio via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi network capabilities. Moreover, users will be able to connect this speaker to any RCA sound source or a regular 3.5mm output device.

Another great thing about the new Klipsch The Three is that it has a multi-room system, which means that users will be able to access internet radio and streaming services, for example Spotify and Tidal.

First, we thought that this speaker is very hard to operate and set up, but customers should know that the process is really simple.

Moreover, this speaker sounds great and it has an incredible bass. Moving to the design, we must say that customers will be able to choose between walnut wood and ebony finishes. Moreover, its body measures 7.0 x 13.6 x 8.0 inches, which means that it is a little bit big.

To be added that the new Klipsch The Three comes with a really retro look and it has copper knobs, which makes them look really attractive. Customers should know that this speaker hasn’t been built for moving it around.

The new Klipsch The Three weighs 10 pounds, which means that it is quite heavy. Moreover, under the speaker, customers will see rubber-covered wooden feet which have the mission to prevent the speaker from moving around due to vibration. To be added that on the front of the device there is a black woven cloth that hides dual 2.3-inch full-range drivers and one 5.3-inch long-throw woofer.

On the top panel, customers will have a power switch and two knobs. The first knob can be used for switching between sound sources, for example Bluetooth, photo, and Wi-Fi. To be added that there is a 3.5mm input situated on the back panel.

The phono source can be used for accepting signal from a turntable. We must say that this is a feature that we don’t see often on a Bluetooth speaker. Moreover, the second knob can be used to control the volume.

On the back panel we must say that this speaker comes with a large range of connections. We are talking about a USB port, RCA inputs for the phono connection, another USB port for playing digital audio from users’ laptop or computer, and a 3.5mm aux input.
